Rock Your Socks Group run in Cambridge for World Down Syndrome Day 

Get your craziest socks and come out and join us for a friendly group run to support individuals living with down syndrome and their families on World Down Syndrome Day.

Date: Wednesday March 21, 2018
Time: 6:30pm
Location: Meeting at the Queen Square Library parking lot (1 North Square, Cambridge ON)
Details: Wear your craziest socks to show your support and love for individuals living with Down Syndrome and their families.  Donations are not required to participate but are welcome and will be given to the Waterloo Region Down Syndrome Society https://www.wrdss.ca/  Also, there will be CLIF shot Bloks for everyone who shows up to rock your socks.  The run is suitable for all fitness levels, and all are welcome.  The route is 5.63km, but can be shortened if needed (email me for info leskienlisa@gmail.com).

Route Map:
Route:  Starting at the Queen Square Library parking lot (1 North Square,
Cambridge, ON, N1S 2K6).  The library is open and washrooms are available here, 
turn right onto Grand Ave, 
left on North Square street - which turns into Main St, as you cross the bridge.  
Left on Water Street, 
Right on Dickson - we will stop and regroup at City Hall near the large "Cambridge" Sign (Great photo opportunity too).
Right on Wellington
Quick left on Main St, but left again onto the Trail that runs parallel to Beverly street
Follow the trail into and through Soper park to Elgin Street
Right on Elgin st
Right on Main st
Follow Main St all the way back to the Library parking lot.
